Inspired by the doll's exceptional and enduring popularity, which has turned her into a global icon, along with the excitement surrounding the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures movie "Barbie," HGTV utilizes its unparalleled power with expert hosts to create four nostalgic-filled episodes. In "Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge," featuring popular guests, pop culture history, and numerous surprises, the host is supermodel, designer, author, and entrepreneur Ashley Graham. Eight teams of HGTV superstars will transform a home in Southern California into a real-life Barbie Dreamhouse.

"By bringing together two amazing brands – HGTV and Mattel's Barbie – and harnessing the power of the best-in-class Warner Bros. Discovery portfolio, 'Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge' will deliver a visually stunning experience for millions of fans who want to see their favorite HGTV stars breathe life into this beloved childhood icon," said Lauren Ruh, Head of Content at HGTV.

"I can't wait to see Barbie's signature style brought to life in a real-size house," shares Ashley Graham. "She holds a very special place in my heart, especially since Mattel created a one-of-a-kind doll in my likeness back in 2016. I feel this dream and fantasy coming full circle as I participate in bringing the doll to real life."

During the series, 15 talented HGTV home design and renovation experts, along with a renowned Food Network chef, Egypt Sherrod, and Mike Jackson ("Married to Real Estate"); Jasmine Roth ("Help! I Wrecked My House") and Antonia Lofaso ("Beachside Brawl"); Ty Pennington ("Rock the Block") and Alison Victoria ("Windy City Rehab"); Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin ("Farmhouse Fixer"); Christina Haack and James Bender ("Christina on the Coast"); Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas ("Cheap Old Houses"); Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt ("100 Day Dream Home"); and Michelle Smith Boyd and Anthony Elzy Williams ("Bargain Block"), will participate in creating Barbie's dream home.
